He specialises in effecting cultural change to assist improving cyber security at both project and organisational leadership levels. He particularly enjoys helping senior leaders to better understand their roles in modern risk-based cyber security and helping organisations to measure their progress.George Bathurst has more than thirty years' experience in cybersecurity, IT and management. He is a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA. He started his career as a submarine scientist for the Royal Navy and afterwards worked for companies such as Mars and Hewlett Packard.
