AUDITION PREP
Prepare 1–2 full songs (these should be performance ready) that would potentially be performed in the Hot Broadway Cabaret, and bring sheet music for the accompanist or a backing track. No a capella. Sorry, no Disney songs in the cabaret due to licensing requirements. Additionally, please complete the Cabaret Audition Form and bring it with you to your audition.

SUGGESTED SHOWS/SONGS
To give you an idea of what song choices we are looking for, think summer sun, vacation destinations, long lazy days, romantic summer nights. Consider songs from your favorite Broadway shows that turn up the heat! Be creative and think outside the box!

REHEARSALS
• Wednesday, August 5, 6–9 PM
• Wednesday, August 12, 6–9 PM

**​Attendance at both rehearsals is mandatory if cast in the cabaret. In addition to singing their solo song(s), all cast members will also perform in group numbers.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
Adult cast members are required to become a member of Colonial Chorus Inc. by paying annual dues of $25 for the season that runs June 2026–May 2027. If you are already a current member, you do not have to pay any other fees.
