FERMENTATION WORKS - Autumn Bounty

Seasonal veg, water and salt! Earthy Goodness!

Fourth in the series of seasonal fermentation workshops using local and organic vegetables from the farm, some fruit, herbs and spices.

A half-day hands-on workshop, feast of local home-made lunch with Eastern European wisdom accents and a take-away bag of freshly set to ferment produce.

Participants are able to harvest and purchase our seasonal vegetables from the farm shop, to continue their journey into the world of fermentation at home
