Continuing this month’s theme of being kinder to ourselves, we’ll gently explore the thoughts, habits, and pressures that no longer serve us and talk about what could be let go as an act of self-care. Together, we’ll connect, share experiences, and make some little creative kindnesses to celebrate both ourselves and others ?✨

As always, the groups are totally free - just friendly faces, hot drinks, cake, and toys for the children ☕? Come when you can, leave when you need to. You’ll always be warmly welcomed here ♥️

Hexham Road Community Centre (Bamburgh Close, Reading RG2 7UD)
Friday 27th February 
10am - 12pm
(There is parking available in the surrounding streets of Hexham Road and Corbridge Road. Please check signage before parking.)

If you’re worried or anxious about attending the group, please drop us a message and we can have a quick chat beforehand. We can meet you at the door on arrival and bring you into the space, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe. 

*when we use the word mum, we refer to anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, adopted, identifies as a mother or as a woman or non-binary carer ~ you are all very welcome in our space ?
