Looking for a playful, calming way to connect as a family? We are so excited to launch our very first Family Yoga session!

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or carer, this class is designed for children (aged 10+) and their adults to slow down, move, and share something joyful together.

Best of all? We are hosting this special launch the day before International Yoga Day! ��

� What to expect:

Playful movement sequences to build balance and strength �
Child-friendly breathwork for emotional regulation �

A cosy, sensory-friendly environment (Note: the pod will be set to a comfortable room temperature, not our usual heat! �)

Plenty of laughs, bonding, and a guided meditation to leave everyone feeling fully restored. �

� When: Saturday 20th June | 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
 � Ages: 10 years old and above 
� Investment: £20 for 1 Adult + 1 Child (£5 per additional participant)

� HOW TO BOOK (Important!): Spaces are strictly limited to keep the pod calm and comfortable. To secure your spot, please follow these two steps: 
� Purchase your passes online: Head to our site and buy your base “Adult + Child Pass” (plus any additional participant passes you need). � Register for the class: Once you have your passes, you must go to the timetable for 20th June and register/book into the class to reserve your physical space in the pod—just like you would for your usual yoga classes!
