- **Event Description**: What: A faith-inspired program with explosive dance, bodyweight toning, and clean music and moves. 

When: Tuesdays beginning March 3rd at 6:30pm, please plan to arrive 10min early to get situated. 

Where: Goodwill Beneficial Association 100 Madison Avenue Reading, PA. Free parking lot and street parking is available. 
Enter the hall off of Madison Avenue at the double doors by the ramp.

Cost: $7.00 per class payable via cash, Venmo, or Cash App. 

This class offers Christian and/or clean music. It is not limited to one type of style, but rather a diversity ranging from pop, rap, country, hip hop, gospel, contemporary, etc. Not all music chosen for class will always be in English, but will still be Christian and/or clean.

We come together to praise, exercise, and support one another in a judgment free environment. This is a positive, uplifting, and motivating space for all those looking to bring exercise and faith together. A brief prayer will open the class and a bible verse will end it. 

While some of this class is dance a fair amount is also fitness based. There are options to keep it low impact and options to take it high impact. 
Always, do what feels best for you. 

Please follow "Inspire Exercise Together" on Facebook for class updates or cancellations. This class has plenty of space so anyone is able to drop-in to attend. Feel free to reach out to the instructor for additional information or questions.
