Join us and BENHS (British Entomological & Natural History Society) for a day exploring the incredible world of insects at Dinton Pastures Country Park.

? Meet at the Pelham-Clinton Building at 10:00am
Our day begins with Meet a Moth, where we'll discover what has been attracted to the light trap overnight and learn more about these remarkable nocturnal insects.

? We'll then enjoy a special behind-the-scenes tour of the BENHS collections, including the opportunity to see beetle expert Peter Hodge at work relabelling specimens.

? In the afternoon, we'll head out into the park to look for insects in their natural habitats. With a large lake, grassland and mature trees to explore, there's no shortage of wildlife to discover!

✅ What to bring:
• Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the weather
• Any field equipment or identification guides you have (optional)
• A packed lunch, or you can purchase refreshments from the park café
