You COULD stay home to avoid all of these symptoms associated with yoga class but your invited to join me each Wednesday morning at 10am✨

Drop-ins are welcome! 
Reminder this is slow flow, designed to encourage strength, flexibility and balance. Lots of modifications available as we deep dive into the proper postures. This class will begin with seated and floor based poses moving into standing and balancing if accessible. For those that feel they can’t balance then this class is the perfect start point for you. ✨
