Hinds Athletics is thrilled to announce its 4th Annual Golf Outing sponsored by Southern Equipment Company, taking place on Thursday, May 29th, at the beautiful Eagle Ridge Golf Course in Raymond, MS. This year's event is more than just a round of golf—it's the kickoff for our new capital campaign, dedicated to transformative improvements for our athletic department.
We're inviting all Hinds alumni and supporters to come together for a day of camaraderie, fun, and meaningful contribution. This event is part of our ongoing effort to reconnect with alumni and strengthen the bond between past, present, and future Eagles. Your participation will directly impact our student-athletes, helping us create opportunities for their success on and off the field.

The 4th Annual Golf Outing will be a two-man, best-ball scramble, limited to 40 teams at $200 per team. The registration deadline is May 23rd. After the tournament, lunch will provide a great opportunity for Hinds athletic alumni to reconnect, share memories, and meet our new staff and administration. Alumni will also have the chance to support the foundation and learn more about the new capital campaign. Throughout the event, we will be offering exciting hole contests and raffle prizes for participants.
"We hope to see a great turnout of our former athletes, community members, and supporters who can be reminded what Hinds has meant to their lives and careers," said Athletic Director Nathan Werremeyer. "We also want to showcase the upcoming capital projects we have on the drawing board and bridge the gap between current Hinds student-athletes and our amazing alumni base.
