- **Event Description**: Come along to this Hatha Yoga session aimed at those wanting to take their yoga a little slower with me in the beautiful surrounds of The Circle, a converted church that beings new life to this community space & that still enjoys bringing people together for events, catch-up's, food & much much more!
Arrive approx 5mins before the session to get settled in. We start at 6pm. Class finishes at 7pm & the next class is in at 7.10! 
There is parking in Fern Street Car Park to the side of the venue or on the Main Street to the front of the church. Please avoid asking in the residential streets behind the church if at all possible. 
Expect some gentle breath work & to work through yoga postures in a leisurely fashion. We will sit for a short period in meditation before ending with a relaxation. This session is suitable for beginners & those with a regular practice. 
Bring your own yoga mat & blanket if you have one (on cooler evenings I recommend a thick jumper & socks) as the body can cool considerably & quickly during relaxation. 
I also carry a few mats & blankets on hand for those who are new to the practice & perhaps don't have their own, but please let me know if you need to borrow so that I can be sure to have sufficient mats with me.
