- **Event Description**: Come along to this gentle yoga flow session with me in the beautiful surroundings of The Circle, a converted church that brings new life to this community space & enjoys still bringing people together. This session is a work out for the body, mind & heart, but will end with a generous relaxation. It is best suited to those who have a sense of yoga postures so that the flow is more easily seamless. 
Please only arrive 5mins before the class to meet with others & acquaint yourself with the space - this also allows the hatha class beforehand time to leave. Class begins at 7.10pm
This session is suitable for beginners with some experience & more experienced practitioners. 
Bring your own mat & blanket if you have them (& warm top & socks for the cooler nights). We will also have some mats & blankets on hand for those new to the practice - but please remember to source one for yourself as you continue to practice.
