Fire & Ice at Dearden Wood campsite 2pm & 3pm

Ready to reset, recharge and reconnect with your breath and body? This session is a journey of inner awakening, blending the ancient wisdom of breath work with the elemental forces of fire and ice. Reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and honour the rhythms of nature through this transformative practice. Join Hayley for a brief guided breathwork demonstration, followed by Contrast Therapy using rounds of sauna heat and cold-water immersion to awaken your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and boost mental clarity. Then join us in a post-session wind down with a cuppa & cake — warm up, refuel, and connect with the group in the beautiful surroundings of the Dearden Wood Forest. Take the plunge. Breathe deep. Embrace the contrast.

please note, there's no parking at the camp site. please park in the village. its a 10 minute walk up to the camp site.
