Classes run every Monday 7:30pm-8:45pm during school term time (closed during school holidays)
🤔 What can you expect?
Yoga- Floor based practice on a mat.
*please note- all students attending this class must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided, if you need help with this please see Monday evening chair yoga class as an alternative.
✨Suitable for complete beginners and great for anyone who wants to work with their body, mind and spirit. Encouraging movement and connection with the body and breathe, support recovery, maintain health and build a regular yoga practice.
✅ All equipment is provided- advanced booking required
✅Guided by fully qualified Teacher- British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma (500 hours)
✅ First Aid trained and fully insured

✨New students (non-returning students) attending for the first time.
👏 Book and pay for your 1st class then your 2nd class is free of charge. (When attending consecutive weeks, T&Cs apply see website for full details)
❗️Advanced booking to ensure all students have equipment. Or if you have your own equipment you can attend and pay on the night.
❗️Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to get settled (new students arrive minimum of 15 minutes early to complete health questionnaire and disclaimer)
🔒Once the class starts the entrance door is locked for security and peace of mind- no late entries to class.
