- **Event Description**: Join us for an informal day of authentic yoga in nature, at an undisclosed location near beautiful West Branch State Park on Portage County Ohio!  Carson Heiner has taught Ashtanga Vinyasa for decades, in the guru paramparam style of Manju Jois & Desikachar.  
11am:  The 8 limbs in motion -Fundamentals of the Jois Ashtanga vinyasa series including surya namaskaram vinyasa, vayus, and the moving meditation of tristana (ujjayi, bandhas, drshti).
12:30pm:  Shinrin-Yoku forest bathing and lunch (bring your own).
2pm:  Ashtanga Primary Series.
4-7pm:  SUP yoga (bring your SUP if you have one!  We have a limited number.  Camp setup for those staying overnight.
7pm:  Yog Nidra meditation led by James Galt.
8:30pm:  community fire, dinner (bring your own), settle in for the night or be on your way!

1 -- Bring your kayaks/SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) if yagottem!
