From the Sounds of Middle eastern music...you will immerse yourself ...your body and mind....into deep meditative movement  ...learn to love your body white you shimmy and undulate your way to a new YOU!!
BELLY DANCE embraces all body types...especially those of us that are Goddess size!
this class teaches you muscle memory..
stamina building... this dance changes the body through the use of isolation..
You will learn correct dance form...breathing techniques...movement to slow as well as fast music
.and  a short choreography...as well as improvisational techniques. 
all handouts....homework.... will be given out weekly..
hip scarves..and....props provided by me.

this is an 8 week course 
with availability to drop in classes as well..$15/class

Anna is a certified Belly Dance Instructor with 10 years of teaching experience.
