- **Event Description**: Join us  at St John's Church where we'll begin our caravan overlooking the headwaters of the Dry Cimarron, with lunch and more.About this EventRegistration filled so fast for the Saturday tour that we added a 2nd day,  Sunday, May 3nd for the tour. Expect  light hiking and and talks from experts, starting at the headwaters of the river that flooded the Village of Folsom and revealed the Folsom find. We'll start at St John's Church on NM Hwy 72, up on Johnson Mesa, at 8:30am sharp. Join us there! We'll have coffee and snacks, then caravan down the hill, stopping at key spots to overlook the Dry Cimarron, with archaeologists and historians to share how the landscape shaped the lives, past and present, of the Hi-Lo country. We will have lunch at the Folsom Museum's Annex (the old Village Hall—donations welcome). After lunch, we'll continue the tour down the Dry Cimarron, hiking 100 yards to the Folsom Falls, stopping at the mouth of Toll Gate Canyon to learn about the Ft.
