• Monday-Thursday: June 30-July 3: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday-Friday: July 7-11: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: July 14, 16-18: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: July 21, 23-25: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: July 28, 30-31 and Aug 1: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday-Friday: Aug 4-8: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday-Friday: Aug 11-15: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Aug 18, 20-22: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. 
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Aug 25, 27-29: 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.

Parents are asked to bring their child’s shot record and Medicaid or private health insurance card if they have insurance, even though immunizations are provided at no cost to parents. No one will be turned away if they don’t have insurance.
