"Run for the One" 5K

**REGISTRATION OPENING FEBRUARY 15**

Esthers Rising is thrilled to host our 3rd Annual 5K "Run for the One" in Rapid City. Enjoy an energizing 3.1 mile run from Founders Park to Sioux Park and back while supporting a good cause.

Date: Saturday, May 30th, 2025
Location: Founders Park, Rapid City
Hard Start Time: 9:00AM

**Please Note: If registering after May 10th, tshirt & medal are not included in registration.**

Check-in opens at 8:00 AM
Location: Founders Park – Covered pavilion by the volleyball courts
T-shirts & medals will be distributed at check-in
Race will begin at 9:00AM sharp

Please plan to arrive a little early to check in, pick up your shirt, and get ready for a great morning together!
