This is the final 62 hours needed for the 116-hour real estate licensing course. Register now to reserve your spot. Pay only when picking up materials for this class. Dates can be changed without penalty. The student has one year to attend this class from the time they complete the online portion. (They have six months to complete online without purchasing an extension.)

To qualify to attend you must have completed the first 54-hours online, including the final test. Once you qualify by completing online you receive an email of completion. Without that email, you have not qualified to attend.

You must attend all 16 sessions in front of your camera and using a microphone. Class 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm Mountain Time (one hour off for lunch each day), four times a week for two weeks. You must attend all 16 sessions.

Four days a week (M TU W TH) for four weeks.

We do not meet on Friday except for a possible make-up day, March 27.

February-March 2026 dates - must attend all 16 dates:

Feb 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, Mar 2, 3, 4, 5.

Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones.

Course cost is $695 plus optional shipping charges. $695 includes textbook, notebooks, access to additional study materials.

TRANSFER POLICY:

You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price, or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes may be cancelled up to one day before class. Refunds will be issued from the company which received payment, such as Square, and will have credit card or handling fees deducted.
