Join us for an hour to explore how to drum with intention, and use it as an easy meditation practice.

Do you have difficulty calming your racing thoughts to meditate?  You'll be amazed at how easy it is with drumming. 

Drums are provided, or you can just listen and absorb.
Debra Blair will be providing her handmade drums, which will be available for purchase afterwards.  Or check out her "Drum Making class" with Community Education of the Black Hills.

No drumming or meditation experience required.
