Join The Journey Museum for a Community Listening Session at The Dahl Arts Center on Saturday, November 1!
We’re inviting Black Hills regional residents and community partners to share their thoughts, ideas, and hopes for The Journey Museum’s future.
This open community conversation is part of our strategic planning process, following our merger with the Black Hills Historical Society and a renewed commitment to transparency, collaboration, and connection.
Along with the discussion, families can enjoy hands-on learning activities inspired by The Journey’s exhibits and educational programs.
Guests will also receive snacks, special gifts, and all attendees will be entered to win their choice of an exclusive after-hours museum experience:
• Pizza Party + Movie Night on the big screen in the Wells Fargo Theater

• Dinner & Behind-the-Scenes Tour at The Journey Museum
This session is free and open to everyone—whether you visit often, occasionally, or not yet at all. Your voice matters in shaping the future of our community’s museum.
