BBQ with the Bears

Hello all,

We will be having a mandatory parents meeting at 6:30PM on Friday August 1st. During this meeting we will be going over expectations for the season and answer any questions you may have. Following this meeting we will be grilling hot dogs and burgers for the entire association and their families. We would like to use this time for players to meet the association's coaches, along with meeting and getting to know all of the players in the association. Most importantly, to HAVE fun and get those jitters out before that first practice. I also ask if you have any equipment from previous years that you would like to bring for swap with other families (to lessen the financial burden associated with the season) please bring that. This can be cheer shoes, cleats, practice jerseys, and the works. I ask, please, no used mouth guards or boy's personal support protectants.

You can also find this on the Facebook page and Heja app. I will be creating this as a Facebook event so everyone can let us know if they will be there, but if you are NOT able to make it please message me so we can make arrangements to go over the information regarding the parents meeting.
