3-5th Grade Painting Class

3rd-5th grade students will explore pointillism to create luminous and captivating still-life artwork. Using distinct dots and small marks of color, students will use acrylic paint techniques and markers to create their work. Students will practice pointillist techniques, approaches to color, and approaching composition throughout the class. Students will also explore value and form by experimenting with the size and intensity of their marks.
