L’appuntamento più selvatico dell’estate è un workshop ideato e condotto da Ambu Alessia Lencioni (Formatrice, Counselor Psicosomatico, insegnante certificata di 5Ritmi Livello Waves da quasi 10 annu, Dharma Life Coach) e Martino Biondi (musicista, DJ Ecstatic Dance, facilitatore di Drum Circle, Voice Exploration, Mindfulness psicosomatica). 

Quest’anno il tema è "Vestirsi di Cielo" significa: mi tolgo le armature, le strutture, le maschere e mi mostro a te, così come sono. 
Weforest nasce per danzare e onorare la natura selvatica, quella non addomesticata e potente. Ogni anno danziamo la mappa dei 5Ritmi e ci fondiamo con lo spirito tribale, regalando alla Terra sudore, lacrime, gioia, dolore. Tutto. 

Weforest è una preghiera e in questo tempo folle ce n’è un gran bisogno. 

Danzeremo su una pedana in natura e nella foresta vicino al fiume, con l’acqua, le pietre, la terra, gli alberi, il fuoco.
