Refund Policy for Kuari Pass Trek with Sherpa Escapes
1. Cancellation by the Participant:
30 days or more before the trek start date: 90% refund of the total trek cost.
15 to 29 days before the trek start date: 50% refund of the total trek cost.
7 to 14 days before the trek start date: 25% refund of the total trek cost.
Less than 7 days before the trek start date: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Sherpa Escapes:
If Sherpa Escapes cancels the trek due to safety concerns, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 100% refund or offer an alternative trek date.
If the trek is rescheduled and you cannot attend on the new dates, you may request a full refund.
3. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation.
