Nurse Wendy Dragt will be facilitating a discussion on ‘Strategies for summer and family gatherings’. Let’s talk about ideas for coping as well as possible with hot weather, managing our expectations and interactions around the summer holiday season, and self-care.  

Feel free to bring something to share or to ask about living with #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis / #ChronicFatigueSyndrome or #longCovid. 

As this will be our last Rangiora meeting for 2025 we will be having a special christmas-themed afternoon tea.  

We look forward to seeing you there if this is of interest, and you have time and wellbeing on the day.

✦ Afternoon tea is from 2pm to 3pm and is a great time to connect with others. Gluten free and dairy free options always available. 

✦ There is plenty of off-street parking on site at The Skurr Centre, 156 Ashley Street, Rangiora Showgrounds, Rangiora.   

✦ Our in-person meetings in Rangiora are held on the third Wednesday of every second month.
