- **Event Description**: If you or your whanau live with ME/CFS or Long Covid, we warmly invite you to join us for our next in-person meeting in Rangiora on Wednesday, 21st January 2026 from 1 pm to 3 pm.  

*Our usual venue at The Skurr Centre is busy hosting summer events this month, so we are going to gather at local cafe, Fools of Desire.* 

We have booked an area in the annex area and ordered a platter that is gluten free and dairy free (mini cupcakes, raspberry slice, bliss balls, open quiches, and a range of seasonal fruit). You will need to buy your own drink.  

These gatherings are a good time to connect with others who live locally with chronic illness, to share what is happening for you, or to bring a question about living with #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis / #ChronicFatigueSyndrome and #longCOVID.  

We look forward to seeing you there if this is of interest, and you have time and wellbeing on the day.
