Things holding you back—physically or mentally—layer over the opening like ice.

In my Tai Chi and Chinese Energy Arts classes, we learn to reopen the well.

We learn about opening the joints—unlocking the hinges so energy can flow.
We breathe into the right structures, finding alignment without strain.
We unblock what no longer serves you: tension, hesitation, fear.
We put a spring in your walk—light, connected, alive.
This isn’t about force.
It’s about drawing from the depths of understanding.
Moving from the inside out.
Letting wellness rise like fresh water to the surface.
