Winter Sound Bath Series

Take a peaceful pause this winter. Each month, we'll gather for a restorative sound bath designed to help you release stress and reconnect with yourself. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back and let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, and other instruments "wash" over you. The vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and restored.

Sign up for any single session or join all 3 at a bundled price January 27, February 24, & March 24
$35 for one session or $90 for all 3

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or whatever helps them to remain comfortable for 45-50 minutes.
