As you relax into the soothing sounds of therapeutic instruments, Reiki energy will be shared with each participant by Dr Lee Shaw-Newland, supporting balance, relaxation and energetic alignment.

The vibration of sound and the gentle flow of Reiki work together to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and invite the body into a state of deep restoration.

The experience concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to integrate the healing and leave feeling rested, centred and deeply nourished.
