Welcome to "Becoming the Architect of Your Happiness," a transformative 5-week meditation course. Based on the profound teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s life-changing book, The New Eight Steps to Happiness, this series offers a practical blueprint for deep inner change.
