In this course discover how perfectionism stands in the way of self-honesty and stifles positive change. Through observing its subtle and harmful effect on our mind, we will develop a strong wish to be free of its influence. 

We will then look at some essential meditations to drop unrealistic expectations, create a more gentle and generous approach with ourselves, and inspire an encouraging attitude to move forward into our life.

Join us for a meaningful Sunday, to create a gentle and warm approach to our life.

Each session will consist of short teachings, prayers and meditations with refreshments between sessions.

Session 1:  09:30 – 10:30

Brunch 10:30 – 11:15

 About the Teacher

As a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Kelsang Mila is a modern – day Kadampa Nun and the resident teacher of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years and ordained for sixteen years. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
