Join us for a fun and inclusive lacrosse practice designed specifically for individuals with Down syndrome ages 9–21! This session will focus on basic lacrosse skills, movement, teamwork, and most importantly having fun in a supportive and encouraging environment. No prior lacrosse experience is required.

Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers.

Important Notes:

Parents or caregivers are required to remain on site for the duration of the event. This is not a drop-off event.

Volunteers will be present to assist and support participants throughout the session.

This event is designed specifically for individuals with Down syndrome; we kindly ask that siblings do not register.
