Led by Laura Spielman, Certified Equine Massage Therapist, PEMF, ESMHL, EAL Facilitator, and sound healer Rose Anzarouth.We’ll begin with a mindfulness exercise with the horses guided by Laura where you will have an up-close exchange with the horses of the rescue, followed by a seated sound bath in an open arena with them as they hold healing space with us during our meditative class.This is a special opportunity to feel a greater sense of self-awareness and bond with these intuitive and healing beings. It is both an eye-opening and heart-opening experience.
