All Sponsorship Content is Subject to Approval:
The Chamber reserves the right to review, request modifications to, or reject any sponsor-provided content, including:
1. Print/Digital Materials: All logos, ads, program inclusions, and graphics.
2. Verbal Remarks: All speeches, presentations, or remarks to be delivered at a Chamber event.
All materials must be submitted by the stated deadline and must align with the Chamber's mission and quality standards. Failure to meet deadlines or obtain final approval may result in the omission of the deliverable without a refund.
