Legs Bums & Tums

‘Legs, Bums & Tums’ (LBT) is a classic! It is an aerobic cardio class, despite the structure being aerobic, LBT focuses on strength training, building strength, while increasing your energy levels and flexibility/mobility.

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for those over 55 in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council. These subsidised activity courses have been made possible through Kent County Council’s community-based wellbeing services fund. We are proud to be a delivery partner for this service, which Social Enterprise Kent is leading throughout Thanet and the South Kent Coast.
