T50 Boxing and Fitness Academy, in partnership with It’s Your Choice Activities Service, is proud to announce the launch of specialised boxing and fitness sessions designed for adults with additional needs.

By combining professional athletic expertise with dedicated personal support, we have created a safe, high-energy, and welcoming environment where all participants can build confidence, coordination, and community.

To ensure a high standard of coaching and safety, this program is designed to accommodate high demand through structured blocks.

• When: Every Thursday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Start Date: 5th March (5-week initial block)
• End Date: 2nd April
• Capacity: Limited to 20 participants per session

• Adaptive Training: Boxing drills specifically tailored to individual mobility and ability levels.
• Physical Wellbeing: Engaging exercises designed to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness.
• Social Connection: A supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere to foster new friendships.
• Expert Guidance: Professional coaching from the T50 team working alongside the specialised support staff from It’s Your Choice.

The gym is fully wheelchair accessible for all training activities. Please note that while our sessions are inclusive, the venue has a single standard restroom available and does not currently have a dedicated wide-access disabled toilet.

Our Mission: To break down barriers to fitness and ensure the sport of boxing is accessible to every member of our community.
