Clubbercise® - simple, fun dance & combat routines using glowsticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great for beginners and fitness fans alike.

This special class will also feature Amanda with her Sax! She will be playing along with the tunes throughout to really bring the party vibes.
