No parents required! Enjoy a day outdoors, learning new skills, making new friends.About this EventThis summer we're offering a full day for children to explore and engage in the great outdoors! The day is packed full of activities, games and crafts to help young people connect with the fantastic natural world that surrounds them. We'll introduce survival skills such as selecting and chopping kindling, building and lighting fires, making shelters, tying knots and plant ID. Climb trees, use tools, be creative and have fun!This day camp will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Drop-off and sign in between 9.45-10.00am.Over the course of the day, children can expect to:? Connect with nature and learn about wildlife? Meet new like-minded friends? Create fun crafts to take homeSPECIAL OFFER! Book your place by Sunday 31st May 2026 to secure Early Bird pricing!N.B. Each attendee must complete and return the parental consent form at least 48 hours before the event. This will be emailed to you directly.Terms & conditionsParents are required to park in the car park and bring their child to the session leader for registration.Only those booked onto the session can attend as we adhere to strict supervisory ratios.During the session your child will be supported to enable them to engage in all activities. We aim to be accessible to all - please get in touch to discuss your child's needs.If your child is ill, please do not bring them to the session.What to bring:Dress in long sleeve and long leg clothes to protect skin and sturdy closed-toe shoes. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Please check the weather forecast and bring waterproofs, warm layers, sun hat, sun protection and wear insect repellent. We will be outside for the whole session, and you will need to carry your own things.Please bring a bottle of water and your own packed lunch and break time snacks. Dietary requirements are requested in case an additional snack or drink is offered by staff. Do not bring any nuts please.This club is for children aged 7-12 only - Adults are on site to drop off, register and then pick up at given timings. If you believe your child will require 1:1 assistance, we may ask you to stay to accompany them.
