- **Event Description**: Listen Local Radio and The Art Center of Ramona are proud to present a new listening room series called THE GALLERY SESSIONS. These intimate concerts take place in the art gallery at The Art Center inside 2Create Gallery in Ramona at 438 Main Street. Limited to just 40 guests, the show is seated and tickets are $30 and include a glass of Mermaid Valley Wine and tray passed appetizers from 5pm to 6pm, giving you time to enjoy the gallery before the show begins. The show is all ages but this is a "listening environment" so young children might not enjoy the experience. Sound is provided by Jon Edwards, a true audio artist, who dials in the perfect sound for an unforgettable experience for both the artists and the audience.  

6PM HEATHERLYN is a singer-songwriter and recording artist whose music is a soulful blend of roots and rock expressions. "Heatherlyn" translates to "flowering, flowing river," a fitting metaphor for her music, which aims to refresh and uplift listeners. Her songs are a channel for healing and washing away the stresses of everyday life, all while embracing the full spectrum of the human experience with fierce, tender, and curious love. Her sound is born from a unique blend of folk, pop, and spiritual influences, delivered with a voice that is both rich and pure. Her music carries the poetic potency of Joni Mitchell, the fierce compassion of Ani DiFranco, and the soul medicine of India Arie. 7PM BLUE HEALERS is a roots music duo who incorporate elements of blues and folk with aural landscapes. Voted Best Duo, Female Vocalist 2025, 2024 and New Band 2024 by The Washington Blues Society. They released the album Transmissions in 2023 and the EP Astro Blues in 2024. Don Forsyth is an innovative guitarist with deep blues influences and an unconventional expansive and expressive style. Diane Forsyth is a singer and bass playing songwriter with soul, folk, country and interstellar influences. Blue Healers advanced to the semi-finals at the International Blues Challenge 2024 in Memphis Tennessee. Nominations include: Female Blues Vocal, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Best solo/duo, Best New Act, Washington Blues Recording (Transmissions) Blues Songwriter. They were also nominated Best Solo/Duo 2022 & 2023, Don was nominated Best Acoustic Blues guitar 2023 by the Washington Blues Society and best blues band by the Seattle Weekly in 2009.
