About the instructor Angela Eastman is a mixed-media artist based in Hillsborough, NC. She has a background in sculpture and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan. She completed the core fellowship program at Penland School of Craft in 2014. Eastman now works primarily as a basket weaver and teacher of weaving, blacksmithing, and ceramics in addition to her own mixed-media studio practice.
