Wellness Wednesday

Join us for 12 weeks of outdoor fitness in Midtown Park, featuring a rotating lineup of classes led by the Triangle’s favorite studios. Classes take place every Wednesday from 6-7PM and are designed for all fitness levels.

Presented by Gut Personal, a female owned wellness brand that will be onsite each week serving magnesium mocktails to keep you refreshed and relaxed.
