EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Our July meeting is a critical topic for investors at all levels: OPM (other people's money)!
 
Experienced investors are looking for avenues to scale past their current financial limitations.  
 
Newer investors are looking for ways to get into deals and get them done.
 
And SO many people like the idea of investing in real estate, but are waiting until they have the investment capital saved up to get started.
 
Using OPM is THE way to get in, stay in, and grow in real estate investing.
 
Matt Szalecki, who has built an impressive construction and development business using a variety of OPM strategies and models, will host a panel of bona fide experts in creative strategies to invest in real estate with OPM.
