Together, we create a safe space for our sisters to let go, to shed, to cry, to scream, to flow again. We show up for each other to hold space for the emotions that arise. To get there we honor eachother, we allow space, and we breathe collectively so that healing can begin. This is a time for the flowing of emotions.
