As Director of "Lyndada Wellness," I truly believe that if you enjoy doing what you're doing while attaining optimum fitness and wellness - that's nirvana! When I first attended a dance/fitness class in December '08, my health was riddled with pain, stress, chronic fatigue, and extra baggage (one hundred pounds to be exact!)
As of today, I lost over 100 lbs and am addicted to being and feeling healthier than I've ever felt! My stamina is through the roof! (if you don't believe me, ask my fitness friends who attend my classes.) I finally feel at peace with my body, mind and soul. I didn't think that such a phenomena would be life-changing, but it was, and I am grateful for it.
Sip & Sculpt is all about core movements premised on classic Joseph Pilates sequences. We will enjoy wine after the workout! I look forward to seeing you!
