- **Event Name**: Sculpture Meditation with Meg Stein
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 29 Aug, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sat, 29 Aug, 2026 at 12:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: In this accessible interactive workshop, participants use sculpture as a medium for self-discovery. Led by sculptor and certified mindfulness instructor Meg Stein, the class invites participants to engage in hands-on sculpting while practicing embodied meditation, which fosters deeper self-connection and artistic expression.

Stein begins with a relaxing guided meditation and offers participants prompts on how to create a self-expressive sculptural form using air-dry clay, mixed-media materials, and acrylic paint. The workshop also includes time for Stein to give one-on-one sculptural advice and guidance to each participant. Everyone can expect to leave with at least one completed sculpture. Past participants have often shared that the workshop experience is rejuvenating, surprising, cathartic, and fresh each time.

Supplies are included, and all skill levels are welcome. Participants are invited to attend just as they are; there’s no need to know anything about mindfulness or sculpture in order to benefit from the exercises in this workshop.
