Pre-Course Recommendations:

It is recommended that one reads Reiki for Life by Penelope Quest (the updated edition linked here, ISBN-10: 1101983264) up to page 159, and please receive a reiki treatment before training if possible.

Moving forward: It is recommended to practice self-healing for two to three months before advancing to Reiki II, allowing time to integrate and strengthen your connection to this healing energy.
