Day 1:

You'll hear from panels of top agents from across the country sharing their best practices on lead generation, marketing, team building and more. Panelists will include top listing agents, top buyers agents, directors of operations, marketing wizards, and more. Whether you sell 10 houses per year or 1,000+ houses per year, you'll learn a lot from these experts.

We'll follow that up with teaching you how to build a high performing business the right way. We'll tackle the common misconceptions about recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining talented people... and layout a road map for how to excel at team building.

As part of that, we'll have an intimate discussion with our special guest Shaun Rawls. Shaun has, among many other things, built a real estate empire in Atlanta with a strong "people first" approach. We'll learn from Shaun about his successes, his missteps, and the secrets to building highly successful businesses with great people.

Day 2:

We'll start the day with role specific breakout sessions where you'll be able to share with (and learn from) your peers in a facilitated mastermind session. Our Coaches will lead each group through a format that will both facilitate idea sharing and cause you to leave with a specific action plan that you can implement in your business.

Then, we'll lead you through an Advanced Business Planning session focused on the 4Ps: Productivty, Projects, People, and Personal. We'll help you dial in on the 5 key numbers you need to have your eye on at all points in time. And, we'll teach you how to build out expectations and accountability within your team. You'll walk out with a road map for 2020 and beyond.

We'll wrap this year's Summit with keynote speaker Mike Ashcraft. Mike is an author and Pastor of Port City Community Church in Wilmington, NC. He'll be providing us with perspective on how our days and lives are made up of 1,000 Little Things.

This event is designed to be applicable to all levels of production and all roles within a real estate sales team or brokerage firm. People from other sales related professions will also find the information very helpful and actionable.
