Cathy will guide a meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and clear the noise that builds up throughout daily life. No experience is needed, just bring yourself and an open mind.

During each session, Cathy will also offer group Reiki healing, creating a supportive environment for relaxation, balance, and emotional ease. This time is meant to be a soft landing place: peaceful, restorative, and easy to fit into a lunch break.

Please bring your own blanket and eye mask.
For those that prefer, Chairs are available instead of laying on the floor

This is great for beginners or seasoned meditators and is free to attend.
Come take a breath, reconnect, and start your week with intention and ease.
