This event is all about spreading positivity and laughter through simple scream therapy, deep breathing exercises, Laughter Yoga, clapping, stomping, shaking, and playful activities. No yoga mat is needed, and no experience is required - Bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh! We will have a play session for 25 minutes and then chat while we walk around Shelley Lake. Every part of the excursion is optional. Join the So Laugh Tribe to laugh, de-stress, and enjoy the great outdoors. Wear athletic clothes and shoes. See you there!One ticket per person. Children 12 and over are welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Try to be early because we will start on time, and I will not be available to answer the phone. Thanks.Parking: Parking options are highlighted in yellow (see map). The Fishing prier area is circled in blue. We will be at the top seating area of the fishing pier.Option #1 - 1400 West Millbrook Road is the direction to the Sertoma Arts Center. If you park there, follow the signs to the fishing pier.
